When you send an enquiry, a referral, or complete the fit check and ask us to contact you, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and the figures and comments you enter. The fit check itself runs in your browser; nothing is stored unless you choose to send an enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation about property-backed business finance, and — where relevant — coordinate an introduction to the funding provider. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Enquiry details are accessible to the Goodstead team at GS Financial Group and, where you ask us to progress a matter, shared with the relevant funding provider for assessment. Where an accountant or broker introduces you, we record that attribution.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
